"We have been with the agent for over a year and paid our premiums as required on time. The agent's office cancelled our daughter's policy without informing us, and after reinstating the policy increased our payments and is now attempting to pass on the additional charges to us. We attempted to contact the Regional Sales representative over two weeks and ago to work on a resolution and still have not heard back. I would not refer this agent to anyone due to poor communication with the customer."
